Requests for registrant substitution must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name, company, email and amount paid, plus the replacement attendee’s email, full name, phone number and organization or company. Cancellation PolicyPlease contact SEEA no later than October 11, 2019, if you need to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by October 9, 2019, your registration will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after October 11, 2019. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, organization or company, email address and amount paid. Please send cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SEEA events, meetings, our conference and other activities constitutes an agreement by each registrant or attendee to SEEA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of each registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
