Kerry leads Inclusive Prosperity Capital, a not-for-profit investment fund that spun out of the Connecticut Green Bank in 2018. Inclusive Prosperity Capital operates at the intersection of community development, clean energy finance and climate impacts.
Kerry’s work at the Connecticut Green Bank has given her tremendous exposure to the kind of institutional challenges – and opportunities – associated with clean energy investing for underserved communities. She and her team launched 11 products in five years using a channel marketing and partnership origination approach and a variety of financial structures, all sharing a focus on reducing energy burdens by expanding access to credit.

Mr. Wynn has served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Roanoke Electric Cooperative & Affiliate Organizations since 1997. REC, which serves 14,500 member accounts in northeastern North Carolina, has advanced operationally and technologically with the deployment of automated metering infrastructure, fiber backbone, and solar and battery distributed generation.
Mr. Wynn earnd a B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Troy University in Atlanta, GA.
