Cancellation Policy

Please contact SEEA no later than October 6, 2017, if you need to cancel your registration. For cancellations made by October 6, 2017, your registration will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after October 6, 2017. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, organization or company, email address and amount paid. Please send cancellation requests to conference@seealliance.org.

Substitution Requests

Please contact us no later than October 6, 2017 to accommodate registrant substitutions. Requests for registrant substitution must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name, company, email and amount paid, plus the replacement attendee’s email, full name, phone number and organization or company. Please send registration substitution requests to conference@seealliance.org.
